Created in 1998, Mediatis is the LaSer Group’s brand specialised in multi-channel consumer loans. Mediatis is present in France and in Spain, with a full range of financing solutions aimed at individuals (personal loans, revolving credit, credit cards, debt consolidation, …).
Mediatis places particular attention on the quality of service provided to its current and future customers. In France, there are currently 490.000 customers, 300,000 of whom are currently active, totalling over 2.4 billion Euros receivables.
Mediatis has 240 staff, of whom 150 are customer advisors.
In Spain, Mediatis has 150,000 customers, 100,000 of whom have current loans totalling 425 million Euros receivables. Medaitis draws on the expertise of 190 staff.
