GALERIES LAFAYETTE, a private group, has steadily expanded into complementary markets: fashion and design (Galeries Lafayette), homeware (BHV), groceries and essentials (Monoprix) and customer relationship-based services (LaSer).

BNP PARIBAS is one of the world's leading banking groups. It employs some 100,000 staff in 85 countries. Its BNP PARIBAS Personal Finance Division, created in 2007 from the amalgamation of Cetelem, UCB, BNP Paris Métier Regroupement de Crédits and BNP Paribas Invest Immo, employs nearly 25,000 staff in more than 30 countries.
