Nowadays, whatever the activity sector may be, companies need to know how their customers use technologies in their daily life so they can adapt their strategy to the consumer's new behaviour.
A centre where innovative practices in customer relations are demonstrated, l'Echangeur invites company managers to project themselves into the future, to replenish their imagination to prepare for the new world of exchange transformed by the Internet and information technologies.
L’Echangeur offers tailor-made seminars consisting of customised sessions through innovations staged on its demonstration platforms.
_ An innovation which enhances more than 100 others
In this way, at l’Echangeur, 130 demonstrations devoted to the innovative uses of technologies in the field of customer relations are grouped together: innovative technological devices (labels to be identified by radiofrequency - RFID, 3D screen, Man/Machine interfaces, Smartphones), applications of these technologies in stores, in marketing, in mobility, etc. ), concepts of innovative services stemming from a combination of technologies (contactless payment by mobile telephone, multi-application cards), new collaborative applications enabled by Web 2.0, immersive environments.
_ A bias towards neutrality
L'Echangeur permanently works with more than 100 technological partners and changes one third of its demonstrations each year. The main criterion for selecting a demonstration is the innovative nature of an application, independently of the enterprise which developed it. This principle can be seen on the demonstration platforms which, as they also remain objective, without any display of a trade mark.
_ A LaSer entity and trade mark
L'Echangeur was set up in 1997 by LaSer, the European leader in intermediation services and customer relations, held jointly with BNP Paribas Personal Finance and the Galeries Lafayette Group. L'Echangeur is supported by the European Commission (the Esprit programme).
