COMMITMENT

SOCIAL COMMITMENT

Introducing socially responsible actions

LaSer wants its social commitment approach to be as strong inside the company, via socially responsible practices, as it is in relation to the rest of society by assuming its responsibilities in the economic and social landscape, especially by creating alliances.

_Corporate Actions
In-company commitment (or) Fitting into internal culture

LaSer Contact, a LaSer subsidiary devoted to remote customer relations is recognised by:

_The 'Social Responsibility' label awarded by the French Association of Customer Relation Centres (AFRC). Created by the professional associations of AFRC and SP2C with the backing of the French Ministry for Employment, Social Cohesion and Housing, this label distinguishes operators in the customer relations sector which respect a code of good social conduct. It provides the profession with a reference system to offer quality services in a socially responsible environment.

_The Approval of the Departmental Directorate for Work, Employment and Vocational Training – DDTEFP - for the collective corporate agreement in favour of employing handicapped persons. This agreement defines the values, objectives, and resources that LaSer Contact wants to put in place as part of an ambitious three-year policy concerning employment and handicap. This agreement signed by all the company's syndicate delegations is one of the pinnacles of its social approach.

_Social Alliances
A role in the economic and social landscape (or) A role to play in the economic and social network

_LaSer and the Local Programme for Inclusion and Employment (PLIE)
LaSer is a partner of the PLIE Espace Technowest, based in Bordeaux-Mérignac, which aims to launch local actions to help disadvantaged sectors of the public to find work. Through partnerships with companies, the PLIE helps people who have been out of the job market for long periods (long-term job seekers, those on benefits, etc.) to find jobs. Alongside PLIE Espace Technowest, LaSer does all it can to support this initiative and to help people in difficulty to reintegrate the workplace.

_S'Miles proposes the conversion of its points into donations
As the top French federation for loyalty schemes, the S’Miles alliance supports five associations* by offering its 18 million members the option to convert their loyalty points into donations. Thanks to this positioning at the heart of the largest exchange community in France, these associations benefit from a real opportunity to collect donations and excellent visibility since they have access to 60% of French households.

* Les Enfants de la Terre, the association Petits Princes, la Chaîne de l'Espoir,  the League against Cancer and the association CEW (cosmetic executive women).
