LaSer helps customers in difficult situations

Because LaSer Cofinoga is aware of both the fi nancial and social dimension of consumer credit, it has set up mechanisms and launched actions that enable it to assume its role as a fi nancially responsible organisation. It was with this aim in mind that it created its Customer Assistance Department over ten years ago. This service, which was the fi rst of its kind, allows it to identify the problems encountered by certain borrowers and to help them by offering solutions adapted to their situation.
